I began my journey in the industry back in 2005, and there has been nothing more exciting than seeing clients transform in the chair and feel empowered with their looks. But there’s something extra special about obtaining a whole new style by adding in a few extensions to really elevate your hair. At a very early age, I remember not having a lot of confidence because my hair wasn’t as long, full, and voluminous as the women I saw on television or in magazines. When I first heard about what extensions were and what they could achieve, I knew I had to get my hands on some.
From the second I placed them in, I felt like a different person, and my self-esteem skyrocketed to new levels. That short experience really took me on a journey, and I soon realized that I not only wanted this feeling all the time but also wanted to give people this same movement of pure joy and confidence.
After over 15 years of being both an extension specialist and client, this industry has provided new opportunities that have exceeded my expectations. I’ve gained the professional background and expertise to take my talents beyond the chair to curate my own line of extensions and be the CEO and founder of Bonita Brazilian Hair Extensions.
